JS90. TASTING NOTES: It displays a bright straw yellow color. On the nose it offers an elegant and refined aromatic complexity; floral notes dominate, with clear sensations of peach blossom, acacia, chamomile and yellow flowers. In the finish it presents a delicate, very fruity component. In the mouth it is fresh and easy to drink, with a very characteristic slightly bitter finish. Perfect to accompany fresh appetizers and main courses such as omelettes, vegetables and savory pies, it is ideal with freshwater fish or white meats.
