WA=87-89 The Mont-Pérat 2018 Blanc reveals notions of lime juice, yuzu zest and green mango with touches of wet slate and dill seed. Medium-bodied, the palate gives soft-spoken citrus and tropical layers with just enough freshness and a white pepper finish.
