The Nose: Refined and understated at this young stage, displaying a noble restraint but hinting at immense underlying depth.The Palate: Shows an attractive ripeness of orchard fruits while steering completely clear of over-ripe or tropical notes. It is bound together by a gorgeous structural thread and tight tension across the mid-palate.The Finish: Long and exceptionally persistent, showing the signature limestone-driven energy of the upper slopes. "Pale lemon. Quite a classy nose, still restrained but you can see a lot more to come beneath. There's a lovely thread throughout, attractively ripe fruit, but no exotic flavours, fine tension in the middle of the palate and excellent length. Drink from 2030-2036."
