JS=92 Currants, raspberries, blackberries, pine needles, and raw walnuts on the nose. It’s medium-bodied with wonderful transparency and very finely-knit tannins. Lovely texture and length. Cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc. Drink after 2025.

AG=90-92. WA=89-91+ The 2020 Cruzeau has a deep purple-black color and vivacious scents of juicy blackberries, black cherry preserves, and cassis, plus hints of lavender, tapenade, and menthol. The medium to full-bodied palate is packed with crunchy black fruit flavors, framed by ripe grainy tannins and bold freshness, finishing long and savory.
