It is located in La Morra, the heart of Piedmont. It is a family-owned winery with over a century of history. Since its founding in 1887 by Pietro Marrone, the family has consistently upheld high-quality winemaking. The winery is currently managed by the three fourth-generation sisters – Valentina (peanut winemaker), Serena (marketing and operations), and Denise (hospitality and restaurant management).

The vineyards are spread across several prime locations in the Langhe region, totaling approximately 20 hectares. Its core vineyards are located in the Annunziata appellation of La Morra, where the winery is situated, and are renowned for producing elegant and aromatic Barolo. And produces a variety of fine wines reflecting the local terroir, primarily from Nebbiolo, Barbera, Arneis, and Moscato, with Barolo (Pichemej, Bussia, Castellero) being a prime example of its aging potential, along with the popular Barbaresco and Barbera d'Alba (La Pantalera).
