BH91-93. A brooding and grumpy nose reluctantly reveals its aromas of red and dark currant, violet and earth along with a top note of anise. The supple, vibrant and voluminous larger-scaled flavors possess evident power and a taut muscularity immediately tighten up on the focused, dusty and moderately austere finale. This needs to develop more depth to merit the upper end of my projected range, but the length is already quite impressive.
