Congratulations to Diane by André Lurton Sauvignon Blanc 2018 was awarded the “Silver” Award in “Sakura” Japan Women's Wine Awards.
This year (2020) is the sixth time women in the Japanese wine industry have participated in judging wines at the “Sakura” Japan Women's Wine Awards.
This competition has been judged exclusively by female wine specialists, namely sommeliers, winemakers, wine school educators, journalists, restaurant and beverage directors, retail store buyers, importers and distributors.
In 2019, the total entry of 4,326 wines were received from 34 countries, the largest entry ever! This unique competition evaluating wine from around the world from a woman’s perspective has garnered interest globally and has set a new precedent for wine competitions.

Inspired by this Latin goddess, this white wine presents elegance, purity, freshness and character at the same time, with a delicate nose marked by notes of peach, citrus, aromatic herbs and redcurrant. On the palate, its aromatic power and its complexity are remarkable. Its charm and modernity will delight the consumer in search of pleasure and new taste experiences.

Its brilliant robe is of a beautiful yellow, very pale, with some green reflections.
Nose
The nose lets out pleasant notes of melon, citrus, but also aromatic herbs and gooseberry.
Mouth
Sublime expression of the purity of Sauvignon Blanc, this wine is very expressive and vibrant. An explosion of citrus is balanced by tasty aromas of exotic fruits. The mouth is full, frank, very aromatic, with excellent liveliness. It offers a very precise delicate finish. It is a wine that we will drink with pleasure, during an aperitif with friends, or as an accompaniment to a shrimp tartare, a ceviche, or verrines of salmon with wasabi. World cuisine is her favorite area.
