JS=94 The intense elderberry and wild-thyme aromas pull you into this elegant and finely chiseled Morgon, where the balance of fine tannins, concentration and delicate fruit is spot-on. Very long finish with a lot of mineral freshness. Drink or hold. WA=91 Aromas of sweet berries, spices and licorice introduce the 2020 Morgon Grand Cras, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and lively wine that's seamless and charming, though it can't quite match the depth of Godard's Corcelette bottling this year.
