AM=87-90 A slightly more elegant nose is comprised by ripe aromas of poached plum, pure red berries and a discreet dollop of earth. The suave middle weight flavors are rich to the point of opulence yet remain relatively refined before terminating in a sappy and weighty finish that isn't exactly flat but it would be fair to say that it does not have the same energy as the best in the range. Note: from a parcel of 10 ouvrées or about .42 ha of very old vines
