The Frizzante Sui Lieviti has the crown cap because this is the traditional local closure for this kind of wine. For this one, we want to respect the roots as more as possible. Being a traditional method it has the same cork of champagne before the disgorgement that we don't make. Nose: Opening on wildflowers, citrus peel, and bread crust, an evolution towards frnugreek and yeast; Taste: Fruity start noted and more vivid notes of bread crust, almond, and fenugreek.

Second Fermentation: natural in the bottle, without disgorgement, 0g/l residual sugar 

Colour: bright straw yellow 

Nose: Opening on wildflowers, citrus peel, and bread crust, an evolution towards fenugreek and yeast 

Taste: Fruity start notes and more vivid notes of bread crust, almond, fenugreek
