Wine Maker's Comment: Burgundy vines located in Savigny-Les-Beaune, surrounded by Villages. This old vine is planted in silts and deep soil which gives it an extreme depth in the wine and a timid but powerful expressiveness. This vine is very very unproductive despite its geographic location. Aging 24 months in barrels.
