AM=92 There is just enough Chablis typicity to be persuasive on the confit-like nose of lemon rind, mineral reduction and spice. The round, delicious and relatively easy-going larger-scaled flavors possess very fine mid-palate density along with evident salinity on the powerful finish. Unusually for a young Les Clos, this could actually be enjoyed young though given that it could use a bit more depth, I would be inclined to let it slumber in a cool cellar for a few years first.
