It is on the foothills of the Pyrenees, on the route of the Cathar castles in Maury, that our Domaine was born in 2001 from the meeting of two winegrowers: Jean-Luc Thunevin, owner of Château Valandraud in Saint-Emilion and Jean-Roger Calvet from Maury.
Jean-Luc first buys a few hectares which, together with Jean-Roger's vines, will give the first vintage vinified in a garage located in an alley in the village of Maury.
Little by little the property is expanding. Today 65 hectares are cultivated with respect for the environment! The Domaine's vintages are vinified in a cellar resolutely turned towards ecology, built in 2008.

Ratings and Tasting Notes:
(JS=92) A refined blend of grenache and carignan with cherry and strawberry flavors, as well as hints of flowers and lemon rind. Medium body. Delicious finish. Drink now.
(RP=91-93) A blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 20% Carignan raised exclusively in concrete, the 2016 Cuvee Constance looks to be a beauty. It's almost floral, bursting with cherries and raspberries. Full-bodied, supple and creamy in texture on the palate, it's lovely, ripe, sexy stuff that lingers deliciously on the finish.
