(WA=93-95) The top Cuvee of the estate (which is not made in every vintage) is the 2015 Crozes Hermitage Au Fil Du Temps, which is 100% Syrah from the Les Saviaux lieu-dit (near the village of Glun), raised in once-used demi-muids. Like all the cuvees here, it sports an inky purple/opaque color and has a sensational bouquet of blueberry, strawberry, black cherry, graphite, and smoked herbs. Full-bodied, rounded, seamless, and impeccably balanced, it's hands down one of the most impressive Crozes out there.
