Ratings and Tasting Notes:
(RP=91-93) The 2015 Mathilde has a delineated and focused bouquet with blackberry, raspberry coulis, and violent scents that waft temptingly from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, well-integrated oak, harmonious and fresh with a long and tender, citrus-tinged finish. This is recommended - a lively, fresh, and quite vivacious Saint Emilion in prospect.
(JS=91-92) A red with blackberry, white pepper, and fresh mushroom aromas and flavors. Full body, chewy tannins, and a fresh finish. Shows pretty brightness.
