Ratings and Tasting Notes:

(JS=95) A pure and beautiful red with blackberry, chocolate, and light vanilla character. Shows form and tension in a thick and dense style. Better in 2019 but already so delicious and impressive.

(RP=92+) The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Stir it Up comes from Atlas Peak and was aged in 80% new French oak and 20% one-year-old barrels. This has the most opaque purple color of this group of wines, the biggest, richest extract, youthful blackberry and cassis fruit, and a touch of oak. It's impressively well-endowed, pure, tannic, and built for the long haul. This wine should be forgotten for five years and drunk over the following 20 years.
